Over the years, we have designed and built many bespoke parts for the car to reduce weight, alter suspension geometry, allow wider wheels to be used and some neat aerodynamic aids involving hundreds of hours of work to create. Parts have been designed, prototyped, built, and thoroughly tested in race/speed conditions!
Some parts are currently in production, others are in various stages of planning and some are undergoing serious evaluation to assess if they can be produced at sensible prices.
These parts are currenly in limited production:
Deep chord rear wing to fit Evo 5/6 models.
Wider rear arches to fit Evo5/6 (set of 4)
Wider front wings to fit Evo5/6 (+25mm on arch)

5.5Kg Tubular front subframe/lower arms, modified hubs and geometry change to correct roll centre (currently under evaluation).

Above. Our carbon dashboard, weighing in at only 1.5kg, this is the ultimate weight saving for your Evo. A 4" duct allows connection to a fan so clearing the windscreen. Glovebox cover and clock surround finish this off. This one is straight from the mould, can be lacquered but intended to be flocked to reduce sun glare. Seems a shame to cover it up...!
1.5Kg improved rear aerofoil
The madmac Motorsport carbon fibre rear aerofoil is designed to offer maximum lower speed downforce while minimising drag. These aerofoils are intended for hillclimbs and sprints where the maximum speed may be only 110mph, but lower average speeds throughout.
Weighing in at only 1.5kg, the wing is made from layers of pre-impregnated carbon fibre with a strenghtening beam internally. A light coat of lacquer finishes the wing off.

2.5Kg Carbon Bonnet
Another extreme lighweight product is our 2.5Kg carbon bonnet. These have internal mouldings to bolt the OE bonnet hinges to and keep the anchor for the OE bonnet stay. Designed to use Aerocatches or similar at the front and do away with the OE catch and cable. Allows for fitting the standard vent grilles.
2.5Kg front bumper with lower bib
The Madmac Motorsport front bumper has a deeper bib which is setup to accept our full underfloor tunnel system, or a flat splitter extending under the engine bay. This bumper is made from E-glass and weighs in at only 2.5Kg. The lower bib in this photo is part of the moulded bumper however the bib is available on its own.
